The Sick Rose by William Blake

This poem is kind of hard to understand but I like it. I think of the worm in this poem as the pain in love and it sometimes does destroy peoples life. Like in the last line where he says "does thy life destroy." I can't relate this poem to my life because I haven't fallen in love but I'm sure some people can. This poem is more of a sad poem to read and makes me sad when you think that some peoples life has been destroyed by love. I don't see any rhyme scheme but overall this is a great poem for the broken heart for some odd reason.
